We charge 10% to 15% of first-year base salary + VAT at 20%. We never calculate the fee on bonus, tronc, service charge or tips. Your salary level, location and number of roles set the rate. We confirm it in the terms you review and sign before you pay anything. There is no minimum fee.

It can be, if you want help finding and screening candidates. We agree a minimum 6-week active search, send at least 3 qualified profiles a week and at least 15 in total. For rural or remote sites, we agree the weekly number in writing before you pay the deposit. We cover the first 90 days of the hire with a refund or a free replacement search. Your dedicated recruiter reviews the search with you every week. We take a deposit of £250 + VAT (£300 inc. VAT), which is credited to the fee when you hire. We confirm the terms in writing before you pay.

The £250 + VAT (£300 inc. VAT) deposit starts the search and is credited to the fee when you hire. We return it if there is no placement and we missed a guarantee. Both conditions must apply.

We cover the first 90 days from your hire starting. For days 0 to 30, we refund 100% of the fee; days 31 to 60, 50%; days 61 to 90, 25%. You can choose a free replacement search of up to 30 days instead.

We recruit UK-wide. We agree the weekly number of qualified profiles for rural or remote sites in writing before you pay the deposit. The total commitment is at least 15 qualified profiles.

We recruit chefs from cook and chef de partie up to executive and group chef, including pastry chefs and chef managers. On the management side we recruit general, hotel, restaurant, food and beverage, catering, kitchen and events managers, and heads of catering. We do not supply front-of-house service or bar staff; management roles are recruited on permanent terms.

We return the deposit when there is no placement and we missed a guarantee. If we met the guarantees, the deposit is retained. We set out those commitments and conditions in writing before you pay.

Yes, subject to availability. We quote temporary rates separately. Temporary cover and permanent recruitment are separate services: cover fills shifts while the permanent search runs.
