Live-in chefs travel for the season
Operators outside our four-hub driving radius use a different model: live-in chefs from our national bench who travel for the season with accommodation provided.
Where it applies
Cornwall, Devon, Pembrokeshire, the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, North Wales, and any other region outside the day-trip radius of Liverpool, Manchester, London, or Leicester.
How rates work
Travel-inclusive day rates apply once distance pushes past roughly 30 miles each way. Mileage at HMRC rates and accommodation arrangement are agreed at the moment of booking. The quote is the invoice.
